Welcome to Lyrical Lens Photography! We hope you are enjoying your visit, and we thank-you for your interest!
You’re wedding day is one of the most precious days of your life. The photographer you choose should be able to capture that day and those moments with ease and flexibility-the way YOU have always dreamed. At Lyrical Lens Photography we don’t just strive for this-we do it!
We feel that we are different that other photography companies because:
We are a small company (better to meet every brides personal needs), and we have, together, over 17 years experience.
Lyrical Lens Photography consists of two young women-who’s relaxed and flexible styles work amazingly well together. Together, we shoot every wedding. (There are two of you, shouldn’t there be two of us on the most important day of your lives?)
We, of course, have two different eyes, so you are getting two different perspectives of your special day. One photographer may miss to many moments. And even if a photographer has an assistant, who knows if they work that well together? (And do you know what kind of work the assistant does?) We have know each other for 27 years! (We were best childhood friends! 
) We know each other so well that we can capture all your moments without being in one another’s way!
We shoot all the types of photography: traditional (nice posed shots-probably like your mom’s bridal album…), photo journalistic (the unposed, candid moments of your day) and glamor (the popular fashion model look). So, with Lyrical Lens, you are receiving more than just one type of photography. And that means your album will be the best of all worlds! And, we are very artistic. We enjoy the post production. We just don’t batch process your images and then we are done. We carefully go through all your files, one by one. It takes a little more time, but it makes your bridal album the best it can be. We are known to always add creative touches-like hand coloring and a mixture of black and white to every bridal album!
When you meet with us-you meet with US and not some sales person. We don’t believe it’s fair for couples not to meet their photographer until just before their wedding. Who knows if you’ll like that person-or that they’ll capture your day the way you’ve always dreamed?
We also never do more than one wedding a day. We don’t believe it’s fair to any bride to have to rush out of one wedding to make it to another one on time. That’s just not who we are.
Every wedding day runs a little late. (Have you ever been to a wedding that started exactly on time? ) We will not run out on you at the end of our time, if we haven’t captured all the moments you’ve wanted.
We take pride in capturing all the little details that make your day special! All the idea’s that you put into motion for your day-we capture forever.
Of course, it goes without saying-we use only the best equipment! We work with Nikon cameras and lenses because of their quality and color. We update our equipment regularly. And we BOTH have back-up equipment as well.
And lastly, you must like your photographer! We are really relaxed ladies, and we are very easy to get along with! Our brides enjoy us so much they come back to us for the other important times in their lives! Maternity shots, newborn pictures, family portraits….We enjoy our clients company! And that helps you relax-so we can capture the real you!
